The ratings’ incentives enable developers the opportunity to have a more streamlined and efficient Final Network Audit – and from recent project auditing results, our clients who engage the combination of Plan B Services and Plan B Auditing have significantly reduced costs and have removed up to four weeks off their development program.

Plan B’s VEDN Electrical Audit Rating incentives and benefits to our clients include:

• AA Compliance Audits – our clients are eligible for a reduction to the audit regime with only 40% completed as Desktop audits.
  • In comparison to A/ B rating of 100% site audits.
• AA Reduced Audits – our clients are eligible for a reduction to the audit regime with only 60% of site audits inspected.
  • In comparison to A/ B rating of 100% site audits.
• AA Reduced Excavations – our clients are eligible for a reduction in site excavations with only 30% of site excavations required.
  • In comparison to A/ B rating of 60% site audits.
• AA Early Access to Statement of Compliance – No requirement for an Approved Final Audit as a pre-condition qualifying for earlier SoC.
